At Maureen Freelink personal training we offer a tailored approach to your personal fitness goals: everything from toning up, losing weight, improving your fitness levels to running and or competing in a specific distance.
All training is designed to find the healthy balance in your body and mind, to help you tone and strengthen your physique. As well as improve your cardiovascular fitness coupled with a nutritional advice to accompany your training.
We welcome everyone, enthusiastic and motivated enough to get in shape: those who have just started their exercise regimes, those recovering from injuries, pre- and post natal and athletes looking to fine tune their workouts.
We train one to one or in small groups. There are groups with men and women alike and female only groups. We offer indoor and outdoor training and special buggy workouts for mothers.
