Hi, I’m Maureen.

With over 15 years of experience as a Trainer, Nutritionist, and Coach – and as a former elite track athlete who proudly represented the Netherlands – I know first-hand what it takes to stay strong, fit and healthy at every stage of life. I’m also a mum of three, and now in my fifties, so believe me when I say: I get it. I’ve been where you are, and I’ve helped countless women find practical, personalised solutions that fit into real life – not some perfect version of it. You don’t have to do this alone.
