At Maureen Freelink personal training I offer a tailored approach to your personal fitness goals:

Everything from toning up, losing weight, improving your fitness levels, running or competing in a specific distance.

All training is designed to find a healthy balance between your body and mind. It will help you tone and strengthen your physique as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness and is coupled with nutritional advice.

I welcome everyone! Get in touch if you want to kick start your fitness routine and need motivational support. Or if you would like to learn how to run, are recovering from an injury, pre- and post-natal women or you're an athlete looking to fine tune your workout. I train one-to-one, small groups and special buggy workouts for mothers.
