Hi, I'm Maureen.
I'm a fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coach specialising in women 40+, a mum of three and now in my fifties. With over 15 years of experience I know first-hand that what worked for your body at 30 simply doesn't cut it anymore.
I've helped countless women lose weight, rebuild strength and feel like themselves again — with realistic, personalised coaching that fits into real life. No extremes, no one-size-fits-all plans.
